An open letter
We're two engineers with a combined fourteen years building backend systems, microservices, and platform software for telco and enterprise companies. Along the way, we noticed the same problem showing up again and again: businesses that run on appointments, queues, and coordination — service stations, pharmacies, clinics, salons — were all solving the exact same operational headaches by hand, or with software that was never built for them.
Every one of those businesses was rebuilding the same wheel: a booking calendar here, a status board there, a spreadsheet tracking who's next. None of it talked to each other, and none of it scaled past the person who built it.
So we started Sprigmark to build that software once, properly, and offer it as a subscription — so any business can access product-grade tools without commissioning their own build. We're starting with vehicle service reservations and pharmacy order management, and we're not stopping there.
We also haven't stopped doing the work that got us here. When a business needs something built specifically for them — an MVP, an internal tool, a full production system — we take that on too, with the same standards we hold our own products to.

CarPulse
Vehicle service reservations, without the waiting room.
CarPulse gives service stations a single dashboard for appointments, customer profiles, and a live bay-to-bay view supervisors use to track every vehicle from wash to detailing to ready. Vehicle owners get a companion app to book a slot at their preferred station, receive an arrival time so they skip the queue, and follow their car's status in real time.

MedQueue
Prescriptions and pickups, tracked end to end.
MedQueue lets customers upload a prescription, send it to their chosen pharmacy, and get notified the moment it's ready for pickup. Pharmacy staff receive new orders instantly, prep them against a clear queue, and update status in real time — so nothing gets tracked on paper, and no customer wonders where their order stands.
